Out of Africa - Recent Growth of the African Foreign-Born Population

The United States Census Bureau's Christine Gambino, Edward Trevelyan and Elizabeth Grieco release a report on the recent data that shows that the African foreign-born population is one of the fastest growing immigrant groups in the United States.

The future implication of this is that because of these immigrants have roots back to Africa, we might see continue increase in Remittances to Africa which is now accounting for more than half of sources of investment into Africa.
